Overview
Debra’s presentations are upbeat and thought-provoking with an added touch of humor. Her topics are as broad as her books, and she is happy to work within existing themes. However, she specializes in small-church leadership conferences as well as inspiring her audience to go deeper in God, pursue a life of holiness, develop a potent prayer life, find emotional healing, and break free from coping mechanisms that are rooted in the past.
Debra also enjoys teaching women to fully recognize their powerful influence upon their worlds and to become spiritual warriors of prayer. She supports God’s anointing and call upon women and is a proponent of women in all aspects of ministry. She also believes that a woman’s spiritual impact upon her home and her world is as effective and important as that of her brothers in Christ. Debra embraces marriage concepts that are rooted in the teachings of Christ, reflect the Spirit-filled life, and equip husbands and wives to work together as a team.
For over 14 years, Debra and her husband, Daniel, have partnered as co-lead pastors of small Nazarene churches. Therefore, Debra has a heart for speaking to small-church pastors and lay leaders as well as ministers and mates.

Rates & Accommodations
For individual churches, Debra comes for a love offering. For retreats, conferences, and district-wide events, please contact Debra for her honorarium range. She also asks for the booking party to cover her travel expenses and event accommodations. For larger events, Debra asks that the booking party cover travel expenses and event accommodations for her assistant as well. For smaller events, Debra requests a volunteer assistant at the event.
